Dr. Ophelia has six earned degrees. BPS Human services from Metropolitan College of New York, MPS 48 Master in Professional Studies from Nyack New York, M.Div. Master in Divinity from Alliance Theological Seminary Nyack, New York. Dr. Ophelia also has a D. Min. Doctorate in Ministry in Biblical Studies and a PhD. Doctorate in Philosophy in Religious Studies from F.I.C.U. Furthermore, she has a 2nd PhD in Clinical Christian Christian Counseling from Cornerstone University.

Ophelia C. Phillip PhD, CPSY

Is a licensed Clinical Psychologist from the Federal Association of Christian Counselors and Therapist, Inc (FACCT). She is also a Licensed Clinical Christian Counselor - Advanced Certified through the National Christian Counselors Association (NCCA). In addition, she is certified as a Temperament counselor. She is experienced in working with family and children for over two decades. Dr. Ophelia was formerly the Executive Director of Yahweh's Counseling for Mission Studies Inc. Her joy is to work with people to bring encouragement, healing and wholeness through our Divine Eternal and living God.

She loves the work of the ministry by serving other for the Glory of God.
